Delve into an exploration of self-discovery supported by daily ~ Hatha Yoga, Qigong, Therapeutic Yin, Meditation, Breath-work, Somatic Movement & Sound. Explore, the sands of Haad Yao Beach we have the pleasure of direct access hiking trails along the coast line and mesmerising waterfalls a short drive away! We are located close by to the well known Srithanu Spiritual Hub known for Friday nights sunset drumming circle which we highly recommend with many alternative restaurants & shops to discover. On Sunday we will close the retreat with a celebration dance at Pyramid the renowned Ecstatic Dance experience. We invite you to our intimate Serene Retreat Hidden Oasis on the healing island of Koh Phangan, Thailand.

Yoga Retreat Holidays has chosen a gorgeous venue nestled on the hilltop. We have a variety of private/dorm/apartment suite rooms with air conditioning, kitchen, lounge & balconies with seaview. The venue has a community lounge deck with an infinity pool and restaurant area where you can enjoy your meals together, providing a relaxing space for everyone. Our classes take place in a wooden-decked yoga shala with panoramic views.

Amber Serene Amber is a dedicated Yoga therapist specialising in essential physical rest for those experiencing stress, depression, anxiety and insomnia. Her intuitive sessions combine; Breath work, guided Meditation, Somatic movement & Shamanic sounds. Raised in a holistic lineage her journey began training under her father’s guidance, offering massage and acupuncture treatments in London. In her early twenties, a profound love for yoga led her across Asia, where she immersed herself in Eastern practices and earned her RYT 500-hour certification in both yoga therapy and multi-style yoga. Amber’s teaching style is compassionate, down to earth and creative. As a passionate Ecstatic Dance facilitator, she beautifully weaves healing, expressive movement into her offerings with a gentle, intuitive presence. You will experience a safe, nurturing container for somatic healing.

How do I get there? Fly to Koh Samui (USM) or Surat Thani (URT), take a ferry to Thong Sala Pier, and catch a local taxi. Is pier pickup included? No, although we can happily arrange a private taxi pickup for you upon request. What documents do I need? A passport (6+ months validity), return or onward flight proof, and the mandatory, free Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) from tdac.immigration.go.th. How long can I stay visa-free? Most nationalities receive a 30-day visa-free stamp upon arrival. Is this beginner-friendly? Yes. All breath, sound and movement sessions are fully open-level. Are mats provided? Yes, we provide all yoga mats, blocks and props on-site. Is there Wi-Fi? Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available across the entire property. Can I extend my stay? Yes, based on availability. Email us early to book extra nights. What is the payment policy? We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. Can you cater to allergies? Yes, our plant-forward meals cater to vegan and gluten-free needs upon request. Is tap water safe? No. We provide free, clean, filtered drinking water stations for refills. What should I pack? Breathable movement clothes, slip-on shoes and respectable clothing for local temple visits.
